Energy Solutions is Link Logistics’ comprehensive energy and utility management program for warehouse users and industrial real estate customers. Through Energy Solutions, our in-house energy, utility and sustainability experts manage utility billing and administration as an extension of enrolled customers' teams.

Energy Solutions delivers measurable warehouse energy cost savings and operational efficiency for industrial real estate users. By enrolling in Energy Solutions, customers benefit from:

• Direct access to a dedicated Energy Management team that analyzes warehouse energy consumption and identifies data-driven opportunities to save money
• A personalized energy and utility analytics dashboard accessible within the Link+ platform
• Relief from the burden of warehouse utility management, including the return of utility account security deposits

Energy Solutions allows Link Logistics and our warehouse customers to reach sustainability and cost reduction goals that would be unachievable independently. Through the program, our team can recommend energy-efficient solutions for industrial properties and negotiate supply rates in some markets, helping reduce warehouse operating expenses.

After a customer enrolls in Energy Solutions, their accounts with local utility companies will be automatically closed with no interruption to their warehouse utility service, and they will receive their final bill. Going forward, the customer will receive their monthly utility invoices for their industrial property from Link Logistics, which they can pay through their existing payment arrangement. If a security deposit is on file with the utility, it will be returned per that utility's standard process.

Current Link Logistics customers can enroll by sending us a copy of their most recent utility bill(s) for each of their warehouse locations leased from Link Logistics and confirming their intent to enroll by emailing EnergySolutions@LinkLogistics.com with the subject line "Enroll in Energy Solutions." From there, our team will work with the utility vendor to transfer the customer's utility account(s) into Link Logistics' name. Customers may discontinue enrollment at any time and Link Logistics will return their account(s) to previous status with no penalty and/or risk.

New warehouse users will be automatically enrolled and won't need to open utility accounts when they move in. They will receive monthly utility bill charges for their industrial property from Link Logistics along with a copy of their bill from their utility provider for full transparency. These invoices can be paid through their current payment arrangement (i.e., Electronic Funds Transfer–EFT).
